Activities We Sponsor | Academic Scholarships
Waypoint Foundation offers one $500 scholarship each year to graduating Ephrata High School seniors.
Criteria for the scholarship recipient selection fall within several areas. They are the following:
- Academics
- Leadership
- Ethical standards
- Life balance
- Education plans
We also evaluate the following components of the application packet:
- The presentation of the application itself
- The student’s official school transcript
- The student’s statement of their educational and life goals
- Letters of recommendation
It is imperative that the application packet is complete and well-written with appropriate grammar and formatting. Each application will be evaluated by the scholarship selection committee which consists of the foundation trustees and the staff of Waypoint Wealth Management. The scholarship recipient will be announced during the school scholarship assembly.
