There are many ways you can help. One simple way to help is by making monetary donations to the foundation. The Waypoint Foundation is pending approval of our application to be recognized as an IRS 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization. This will allow for the deductibility of your contributions.
Other ways that you can help are varied. We have received in-kind donations of chess equipment and books to be distributed to and used by tournament participants. Individuals have also donated their time to assist in the chess tournament administration.
